We are all vulnerable, and have "sore spots" but it is the love we feel for each other (partner, family, friends, etc.) that transcends those places - and grows our roots to deeper and stronger places. I have experienced this many times in my life and am deeply thankful for it. Sure, there are moments when it's not easy but I think that's when we are "in the lesson".
