But spreading around warm fuzzies actually brings good feelings to you, the giver, as well.<\/p>\n<p>So how can you make a difference to others?<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->You can do a random act of kindness for a stranger or the greater good (for ideas, check out the Random Acts of Kindness database at non-profit organization <a href=\"http:\/\/randomactsofkindness.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RandomActsOfKindness.org<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Or you can do something special for a loved one that you may have taken for granted.<\/p>\n<p>Offer to move something for them, tidy up their kitchen, offer free babysitting services, or just write a note listing everything you like about them.<\/p>\n<p>The cool thing about kindness is, it snowballs over time (and yet, the snowball warms the winter months&#8230; how fascinating!) \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>So go ahead and start breeding the warm fuzzies, and soon you&#8217;ll find yourself over-run by them (if that reminds you of tribbles, hey, I admit that image just popped in my mind too &#8212; but it&#8217;s all good!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keep Unwrapping the Mysteries of Life!<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Heather Vale Goss\" src=\"http:\/\/heathervale.com\/images\/sigHVG_2.1_blue.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"205\" height=\"35\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As we move officially into autumn, my Canadian mind is still focused on colder weather (even though where I live, it gets cool but not really downright cold).
