Clean Graffiti Impacts the Earth

OK, I’m a sucker for feel-good stories, especially when they involve helping people, animals, or Mother Nature.

I also love art, something that’s been brewing and bubbling under my skin long before I started writing for an art magazine… long before I got my BFA in Visual Arts over 20 years ago… and long before receiving my first art award at the age of 7.

And to cap things off, I LOVE Green Works cleaning products. They work better than anything else I’ve tried, and they’re environmentally friendly — two things that unfortunately don’t always go hand in hand.

So when this video came across my desk, I just had to share it…

The inspiration is artist Kiji McCafferty, who used Green Works cleaners to transform a grimy underpass into a Reverse Gallery. The message is that clean is beautiful, and we can all do our part to impact the world with both aspects.

Even better… just by watching the video below (or on Facebook), $1 will be donated on your behalf to the Ian Somerhalder Foundation. This organization raises money to conserve the environment and empower youth to make a difference.

So watch, enjoy, and feel good about doing your part… on as many levels as you choose:
