Okay, so here’s the deal…
Almost 2 months ago, I had LASIK surgery so I could finally stop wearing annoying glasses (which hurt my nose) and contacts (which dry out my eyes) and finally see clearly again, for the first time in 20 years.
Well, it didn’t work out that way… the left eye came out pretty good (after the initial three days or so of healing) but the right eye was worse than it had ever been.
So I kept putting drops in every hour or two as directed, in an effort to help my eye heal properly. And after a few weeks it had healed, but the vision still wasn’t even close to clear. Boy, was it annoying to see things in a kind of hazy double-vision due to the two different eyesights.
Even a month after surgery when I went for the final checkup, my right eye was pretty bad and they were pretty sure it would have to be redone — after another two-month wait, since you can only do the surgery three months after the last time it’s been done.
Well, when I found out I was pregnant, I got more frustrated, because I’m pretty sure I read in the waiver that you can’t have the surgery while pregnant — so that’s another 6 months I would have to wait for clear vision.
But here’s where it gets fascinating…
By that time, my eyesight in the right eye had reverted back to where it had been before the surgery (an improvement, and that meant I could now wear one of my old contact lenses and see almost perfectly!)
And I resigned myself to the fact that it was going to be that way for a few months, and let go of all concern about it. Nothing I could do about it, so no reason to worry or wonder.
But after a few days, I noticed that my eyesight was blurry with the contact in… and much clearer without.
A few days after that, it was even more clear.
And the other day when I was out driving, I noticed for the first time that I could clearly read street signs… even with the “bad” eye that couldn’t read anything just a week or two before!
So now I know that when they call me back in next month to see if I need the surgery redone… I won’t have to have it done!
My eyesight now is better than I remember it ever being, and it keeps getting progressively better by the day.
It’s just like manifestation… as soon as you let something go, stop being attached to the outcome and stop the torrent of emotions around it, that’s when it shows up!
Hmm… manifesting perfect eyesight. Not bad, I’d say!
Now I’m ready to manifest a house!
